为了进一步提高我校学生英语口语表达能力、英语水平与实践能力，决定举办2020年全校学生英语演讲大赛。现将有关比赛事宜通知如下：

二、参赛对象
开云在线注册2018、2019、2020级全日制在校本、专科学生。
三、比赛方式、时间与地点
1.比赛方式：本次大赛分专业组和非专业组两个组别，采用初赛、决赛两个阶段进行。初赛采用线下录视频的方式进行，各组前十名进入决赛；决赛采用现场演讲和即兴问答的方式进行，主题待定。
2.比赛时间
初赛时间：2020年10月26日-11月5日，
决赛时间：11月中下旬举行
3.决赛地点：图书馆报告厅。
四、比赛内容与形式
初赛内容为2分钟演讲。演讲要求脱稿，内容健康、积极向上，符合当代社会对学生的精神素质要求，鼓励原创，杜绝背诵名人演讲，演讲稿模板及格式要求详见附件1，评分标准详见附件2。
决赛内容分为3分钟演讲，1分钟即兴问答，两部分组成。演讲要求脱稿，鼓励原创，杜绝背诵名人演讲，评分标准详见附件2.3，英文版评分标准详见附件4。
五、报名方式
A、初赛专业组
专业组初赛分为英语教育、商务英语、应用英语三个专业，采用线上报名参赛的方式，参赛者将参赛作品以及选手基本信息表以文件的形式投递给人文学部学习部邮箱1550164631@qq.com，截至时间为11月5日17：00。
B、初赛非专业组
非专业组初赛，除上述三个专业的其他专业，采用线上报名参赛的方式，参赛者将参赛作品以及选手基本信息表以文件的形式投递给校学部学习部邮箱1273324779@qq.com，截至时间为11月5日17：00。
六、奖励办法
大赛设四个奖励等级，分别为一等奖、二等奖、三等奖、优秀奖。

1、演讲评分标准（满分100分）：

语音 | 无明显语音缺陷得满分，若存在明显发音错误则酌情扣分。 | 20分 |
语调 | 语调符合英语诵读习惯，且富于美感则可得满分，若语调无明显起伏则酌情扣分。 | 20分 |
感情 | 能很好的把握文章的感情基调且通过肢体语言，语调和语速的配合很好的表现出文章的感情基调可得满分，若感情不到位或配合不好则酌情扣分。 | 20分 |

1.即兴问答评分标准（满分100分）：

准确 | 包括演讲者对问题的理解程度以及问题的切题程度，若两项俱佳则可得满分，若对问题的理解错误或偏题则酌情扣分。 | 50分 |
表现 | 包括演讲者在回答问题时的各种表现如仪态，肢体语言等，若演讲者能镇定地回答问题且身势语使用恰当可评满分，若出现没听清问题，可要求评委再度发问，但该项扣除3分；在回答过程中因紧张而引起的语音，语调的变化影响到评委评判且身势语使用不恰当则酌情扣分。 | 50分 |

1.Prepared speech . (The maximum score is 100 ).It should be judged from the following aspects:

Total score of pronunciation | Full marks for no obvious speech defect，if there are obvious pronunciation mistakes, points will be deducted as appropriate. | 20 points |
Total score of intonation | The intonation conforms to the English reading habit and it's very aesthetic, then the student gets full marks ; If the intonation is not obvious ups and downs, points will be deducted as appropriate. | 20 points |
Total score of feelings | Students who can well grasp the emotional tone of the article and can well show the emotional tone of the article through the combination of body language, speaking speed and intonation will get full marks; If the feelings don't reach the designated position cooperate with bad ,points will be deducted as appropriate. | 20 points |
Total score of fluency | Full marks will be awarded to students whoare fluent in speech and speak at a moderate pace without any pauses; If someone speaks too fast or stops halfway ,points will be deducted as appropriate. | 20 points |
Total score of content | The speech content conforms to the contemporary society to the university student's spiritual quality request, moreover must not appear any unhealthy content, once discovered this will notscore. | 20 points |
2.Impromptu Q & A. It should be scored based on the following aspects.(The maximus score is 100)

Accuracy | This item includes the speaker’s understanding of thequestion and the degree of the relevance to the question. If the speaker has a good grasp of these two, the speaker will got full marks .If the speakerhas misunderstanding of the question or deviate from the question, you should deduct points according to the situation. | The maximusscore is 50 |
Performance | This item includes performances of the speaker in answering questions, for example ,their bearing and theirbody language and so on. If the speaker can answer the question calmly and use the proper body language then the speaker will get full marks. If the speakerdoes not listen to the questions clearly ,the speakercan ask the judges to ask that question again ,but three points need to be deducted ; if the speaker’sbody language is not used properly and it’s pronunciation or intonation changes due to tension inthe process of answering questions ,which affects the judges’ judgment .The judges should deduct points according to the situation. | The maximusscore is 50 |
